There is more to implementing tablet technology than meets the eye - and this first edition tries to address much of this complexity. There are many routes to failure and only a few paths to genuine success!
My favourite article is the AIA case study as it throws down a benchmark and a challenge for other insurers.
Charles Gregory's article on usability is a very practical demonstration of the importance of design whilst Glen Holmes article provides a roadmap for instant issuance that can incorporate sophisticated, real time underwriting rules. Brian Hannan's article on digital needs analysis reminds us on the importance of a structured fact find process and how tablets provide an opportunity to update that part of your sales process.
