This month's highlights from The Digital Insurer
  1. Hot on the heels of announcing our newest sponsor, Clicks2Customers, we have been working with Clicks2Customers to produce a new content section on The Digital Insurer website, 'Digital Marketing in Insurance'. This section will be your 'one stop shop' to find everything you need to know about digital marketing in insurance from website design to driving traffic. Topics will be released throughout the year in the form of an Introduction to the topic and then a Masterclass. We will be launching this area later this month and starting with the topic of Website Design - watch this space for more information.
  2. We are continuing to explore the topic of digital collaboration in insurance with our sponsor, PGi. This month we want to know more about insurance advisors/financial planners using digital collaboration tools in their day-to-day roles.  Please help us get your views by completing a quick and simple 3 question survey.  Complete survey
  3. We are also working to expand our Digital Insurance Library in line with our aim of creating the best online knowledge bank of the digital insurance industry.  We will continue to release our reviewed reports on a monthly basis which include a Digital Insurer's editorial. In addition to this, we will be releasing new curated content in the form of report summaries which will feature high level summaries (without an editorial) of digital insurance reports.  We want to take away the time consuming work of searching for and reading full length industry reports and our Library will do just this. The report summaries will be included in the Library from April.
  4. We recently wrote about Google's intent to enter the US insurance market which included a user experience comparison between Google Compare in the UK and CoverHound in the US. The post promoted some interesting debate on our LinkedIn Group with a number of members expressing their views, especially on the topic of conflict of interest.  If you missed it, you can read the full article here. To join the debate, go to our LinkedIn Group.
  5. We continue to be supported by a number of partners and sponsors who enable us to keep providing you with top quality free content - thanks to Swiss Re, PGi and Clicks2Customers for all their support to date. We also hope to be able to announce some exciting new partnerships soon, watch this space for more information!
