This month's highlights from The Digital Insurer
1. Last Month we completed some upgrades to our website and now have two new sections available for our subscribers to access:
  • New Events section - keep up to date with the latest conferences and events taking place in the region on the theme of Digital Insurance. Also available are write ups and materials, including presenter slides, from conferences that The Digital Insurer has attended.
  • New Industry Publications section - access to the region’s latest and leading insurance reports. You can browse through the reports available and register your interest for further information.

2. We have also just announced a new partnership with Asia Insurance Review.  The partnership will leverage both The Digital Insurer’s and Asia Insurance Review’s platforms and communication channels to share mutually beneficial content and information resources.
3. Hot off the press is this month's Masterclass from Clicks2Customers on Effective Web Design.  In a follow on from last month's Topic Intro on Effective Web Design, the Masterclass showcases a case study in which one of Clicks2Customers clients experienced a 130% revenue increase through re-designing their website.  The article also identifies the top 5 metrics that insurers should be using to measure website performance.
4. This month's guest article titled, "Digital Insurance 2015: China Calling" comes from China expert, Michael O'Dwyer. In it, Michael shares his views on what it takes to be successful in the highly lucrative Chinese market, including some great recent examples of digital innovation.
5. Finally, we'd like to share with you an article from our Digital Underwriting & Fulfilment Report, produced with Swiss Re on, "The Great Indian Digital Renaissance".  In it, the two authors from Swiss Re in India look at the digital opportunities for insurers in India, including macro trends and insights from a survey that Swiss Re undertook with Indian insurers.
