Insurance in Asia, and InsurTech in particular, has been gaining a lot of attention recently not just within Asia but also globally...and rightly so!  We have seen an increase in the amount of content available about the burgeoning InsurTech scene in Asia and one only needs to look at the hive of activity taking place amongst both incumbents and start ups to demonstrate that, what started as small ripples, is now looking more like a wave of action.

The question now is who will become the "winners" from all this activity, as the potential prize is huge! We have a number of initiatives that we are involved in, including our first Digital Insurer conference, that we would like to share with you that showcase our Asia focus. 
1. Announcing our conference awards finalists

Congratulations to all nominee companies for entering into the spirit of the awards which is to share knowledge and celebrate innovation. The results are in and the top finalists in The Digital Insurer Asian Insurance Innovation award and The Digital Insurer Asian Start-up InsurTech award have been decided. The response to the awards was outstanding with over 30 applications received across the two categories.

The eight finalists will showcase their innovations to The Digital Insurer community at our conference on November 23rd. Remember it’s the conference attendees, both physical and remote via live streaming who will be voting for the overall winner on the day.
