The app is designed for existing policyholders only as there is no option for new users to receive a quote. Through the app, Next customers can customize and share certificates of insurance, add unlimited third parties to certificates, and control who can view certificates.

Zurich Insurance to Sell Italian Life and Pensions Back Book to Portugal’s GamaLife

Zurich Insurance will release about $1.2 billion of capital by selling its Italian life and pensions back book to Portuguese insurer GamaLife. The transaction is expected to increase Zurich’s liquidity by about $200 million.
